Volunteering means to work for somone or for some organisation without getting paid.
It promotes goodness, improve human quality, establishes social connections and it makes us feel good about our selves.
How is that possible? Well the first thing you should know that it lowers depression which extends your life. If you work for someone without thinking that you would gain something from it, that is the best feeling in life because you are helping someone. There are no financial benefits involved but what you will gain is experience. It gives you deep sense of happiness which is very benificial for life.

So if you want to live a longer, happier, and healthier life, take all the precautions that the doctor recommends you and then go out and share your time with those who need it and bring smiles to their faces. Watch how you feel after you helped someone and see the beautiful faces of the people and the way they look at you. Your heart will automatically heal because we shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.
