"I wish someone told me this when i was young"

If you read and take action, i can help you change your future.
The following few moments may very well change your life. I wish someone had told me this when i was your age.
You can change the day if you redefine success you feel.

"When i was growing up, i lied to people to accept me because i didnt accept myself. So i would make up stories so you would accept me into your world.
Everything i did was for someone else to like me. I had to make a change in my life, i was on an all time low and i wasnt going any where and i was exactly where everybody said i was gonna be, which was nothing. So i had to make a change.

The feeling i had every morning when i looked in the mirror was horrible and i did'nt want to feel like that anymore. All i felt was a kid going nowhere and a kid that was scared and most kids would accept that and look for help, but the best thing that happened to me was that no one helped me. No one felt sorry for me.

As humans we want to find out how to be someone else. What we do is we dont go inside. Litrally turn yourself inside out. Read the book like, we're writing a book every day of our lives but we never read that book. You have to look inside of yourself to see what you really want and what you're passionate about."
- David Goggins

"Your soul is screaming for you to answer your true calling
- You can change the day if you redefine success you feel.
- You can transform your damanaged relationships and build new ones.
- You can forgive yourself and others who have hurt you.
- You can become a leader by mentoring with others who you aspire to be awake. - You can rebalance your priorities and life.
- you can heal your marriage and recreate a stronger love than you ever thought possible.
- you can become the best parent possible at any age, even at 86.
But dont wait until then. You will always be able to make more money but you cannot make more time."
-Morgan Freeman

"After years of repetitive work, you will often need to dig hard to find your passion, redefine your dreams and revive hobbies that you left atrophy to near extinction.
The goal is not to simply eliminate the bad that does nothing but leave you in a vacuum but to persue and experience the best in the world."

"We all have dreams and its very scary sometimes to accept the dream that you have and scarier still to say i want that.
Its scary because you know that if you put your heart and soul into it and if you fail, how are you gonna feel about yourself. So being fearless means putting your self out there and just go for it. Not for anybody else but for Yourself."
-Kobe Bryant

"We're all great. No matter if you're dumb no matter if you think you're fat, no matter if you are fat, no matter if you have been bullied or you dont have no arms or legs, no matter what, we all have greatness. It just, you've got to find the courage. You got to find the courage to put your bose headphones on and silence the noise of this world and to find it. And to find it because its out there and to find it, it takes hard work, courage, self descipline. It takes all the non-cognitive skills to be great."
-David Goggins

What do you want to be remembered for? What can you do for others to make this world a better place? What is your true purpose on this earth?
We are all dying but only a small select few are truely living. You can step out of the shadow into the light for mental greatness. You are meant for more than  just what you do for a living. You are an enternal being meant to inspire and help the world. Lets go right once and for all in this lifetime.
Your brain and your body once connected together can do anything. If you want to be the best and that, if you want to be at the pinnacle of that, you must be and you have to be obsessed without tamed.
You can't short-change with yourself. You're cheating nobody but yourself.
I mean you're tired but you're this far away from the line, why wont you go a little more to touch the line?

Never give up, regardless of how challenging your destiny in life would be. The world really needs you now than ever.

If there is no joy when you wake up in the morning, if you dread the sound of the alarm clock going on, if you feel stagnant, if you have this thought in your head that there has got to be more to life than just this, you kow what you should do? You should stop doing whatever it is you're doing. You will become exceptional the moment you make an exceptional decision. The only thing that changes your life is changing your decision.
You have to be so clear in your mind what you have to do and what you have to achieve.

" For me, it doesnt work without any goals, it doesnt work without any targets, i cannot compete properly."
-Roger Federer

Commitment is when you know after you have decided you commit to do this for a long term whether it is hard or easy, it doesnt matter. You are doing this.
If you're having a difficult time with something, or your relationship is where you did'nt want it to be, or your finances are where you did'nt want it to be, or your body is where you dont want it to be, or your business is where you dont want it to be, you need to take massive action and if that doesnt work, try something else and if that doesnt work, try something else. Keep going with massive action and you will find a way because it will give you momentum.

You have to be able to see what does not exist. You need to pull off and acieve in what other people's mind seems to be impossible.

I want you to know something here, the bigger the dream is, the harder the drive.
The bigger your dream is, the early you have to get up. The bigger your dream is, the longer you have to stay up. The bigger your dream is, more effort you have to put in.
You'll never see it for those of you who are 70% beast mode and 30% gazelle, thats just enough for the other person to out do you.
Listen to me. Thats just enough for the other person to get what you want.
I want you to think about those goals, i want you to taste them, i want you to internalize it, i want you to dream your dream because i want you to feel it. I want you to taste it. I want you to be how when the weather is changing you can feel it, i want you to feel when you're getting closer to it and closer but more importantly i want you to know when you dream your dream there are other people that are dreaming the exact same dream. You are not the only person who wants to accomplish that goal you dream of.
So i want you to ask yourself, what do you do when a thousand other people want exactly what you want?
What do you do when you're not the only one who wants to make million dollars a year in your company?
You're not the only one who wants to be the president, you're not the only one who wants to be the CEO and you're not the only one who wants what you want.
There are thousands of other people who want what you want and you have to put work them.
You got to out grind them, you have to get up earlier and you have to stay up later. You got to execute and you got to go from 7 to a 120.
if other people are putting in 40 hour work weeks and you're putting in 100 hout work weeks, you will achieve in four months what they will achieve in an year.

Stop crying and keep hustling. Husstle is the most important word. Ever.
If you want this, if you're miserable or if you dont like it and you dont want to do something else, you have passion somewhere else, work 9-5 spend a couple hours with family. 7-2 in the morning is plenty of time to do damage. And you try to build you equity, your brand or whatever you're trying to accomplish. After hours. Everybody has time, stop watching lost.

If you really have a drive and you really put your heart and sould into something, you can really make anything happen.

"Why dont you just prove everybody wrong?, you know what i mean? I wanted to make it and i was going to make it regardless of what anybody said"
-Eminem

"This thing you're doing it for your self. You're not doing it for anybody else. Yes your family supports you and yes your friends support you but you're at the end of the day, you're doing it for your self."
-Usain Bolt

Ways you can improve your brain power in a week

The human brain is the most mysterious organ in our body. Scientist keep learning new facts about its work, but it still hides alot of secrets. Thats why im writing this blog to aquaint you with some of the greatest discoveries of the last few years in the field of brain research.
There are a few simple ways to boost your intellect and brain power. These tips will surely surprise you.

7) Chronic Lack Of Sleep Worsens Memory:
Scientists have found that a lack of sleep can worsen memory and cause Alzehimer's. During a good night sleep, the brain cells removes toxic compounds dangerous for our brains. If a person never gets a good and full night sleep, it will have a devastating effect on the brain cell.

6) Prolong Stress Destroys The Brain:
A decrease in memory, in the ability to learn - self control - these are the concicouncess that choronic stress is front with. Also, it contributes to a person feeling irritated, anxious, tensed, and often being distracted.

5) Love And Hate Have A Lot In Common:
Scientists have found that love and hate, both originate in the same brain areas. However, unlike hatred, love significantly reduces the activity of the areas responsible for judgement and logical thinking.

4) The Brain Is Sensitive To DeHydration:
Over brain is almost eighty percent (80%) water, therefore, even a moderate loss of fluid about two percent (2%) reduces concentration and vigilance and leads to deterioration of short-term memory and other cognitive abilities.

3) The Abundance Of Sugar In A Diet Worsens Memory And Reduces Abilty To Learn:
The abundance of fructose in the diet slows down the brain and reduces its ability to learn, remember information, and comcentrate. This is because the excess sugar destroys the neuro connections in the brain. Scientists emphasise that industrially made sugars are much more harmful (Added to soft drinks, seasoning, sauses and baby food). However, products that contain Omega-3 fatty acids such as fish, nuts, and fish oil removes the concequence of the disorder.

2) Painting Improves The Work Of The Brain:
A study has shown that painting and contemplation of works of art improves the interaction between brain areas while slowing its ageing. Scientists  studied the influence of art on people aged 62-70 years old. Half of them took a course in Art history while the other half took a course in painting. Painting class gave a stronger result than Art history.

1) Reading Trains The Brain:
Oxford scientists have studied and proved that the process of reading helps train the brain and also train the overall cognitive ability of the brain. It also helps activate such areas of the brain that arent used at other times. While reading, blood enters those areas of the brain that are responsible for concentration and cognition.
This effect however doesnt occur when watching T.V or playing video games.

How to sleep better at night

We all love sleep, but most people dont get enough of it.
Each year an average person loses 11 days worth of productivity from lack of sleep. This sleepiness can lead to memory loss, diffuclty in concentrating, and lack of motivation. An average adult needs between seven to eight hours of sleep at night, but the quality of sleep matters too.
Here are a few tips for getting the best rest possible.

1) Cool down your room:
The best sleep on averge happens when the surrounding environment is around 65 degrees Fahrenheit or ____ C and you might fall asleep faster if you warm your body up just before bed. Coming out for example, a warm shower into a cooler room causes a slight decrease in your body's temperature that can help make you drowsy by slowing down your metabolism.
Even if you're tucked under a warm blanket, researchers have found that a cool head is condusive to better sleep.

2) Use Light:
Next, use light to your advantage. Your body has a natural sleep cycle regulated by exposure to light, so in the morning, get yourself a nice doze of light to tell your brain that its time to wake up.
An hour before bed, dim lights and turn off screens. This ques your brain to prepare for sleep.

3) Sniff some herbs:
Finally if you want to really get serious about good sleep, you can incorporate herbs into your night time routine. You can either breath in lavender oil before bed or put a lavender pillow on your eyes while you sleep. Now this may sound very new-agey but the controlled trials done with lavender as a sleep aid actually backups its benefits. The effect is likely stronger if you use lavender with some other relaxing evening routine like journaling or meditating.

So, give these tips a try and see if better sleep can help improve your life during the day.

Ed Sheeran's Top Rules For Success

He is an English singer-songwriter and an occasional actor. In 2014 he  was nomintaed for best new artist at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards. He received the songwriter of the year award in 2015. He is Ed Sheeran and here are his top most important rules for success.

1) Connect with people:

"Carrying on the momentum i think that's the biggest challenge for any artist. You know like to get up to a stadium level for any artist is kind of the peak but then the challenge from there is staying at that level, you know to remain at the stadium level, to keep releasing records that are not necessarily a hits but just connects with people. You know i have never been worried about my record selling millions of copies but i have been really intent on writing songs that come from me but when they go out they belong to people and there people can relate to them and get into it and then they'll come to the shows. The show's always the end goal, the album, i see an album as a commercial to a show Buy the album or download the album or stream the album or however tou listen to the album and then you think 'i wanna go see him live' and you go to the show.

2) Just be you:

"I guess my advice for young performers is just do you. Like there's seven billion people in this world and there was no one like you and there is no one who is going to write songs like you and theres no one whose gonna sing like you as long as you keep it exactly yourself.
I mean imitate people to a point to get your influence and kind of help you write songs and help you learn guitar and help you sing but once you've found your voice just do thatvand stick with it and even if it sounds like it's odd and people are telling you it wont work, just stick with it and eventually it will. Because there's seven billion people in the wotld and there's bound to be one person that likes you music."

3) The more you do, the better you get:

"Have you heard this theory about the '10,000 hour theory?', so that theory works right so when i first started out, i saw Damien Rice in concert and i mentioned it in a song, i said "i wont stop till my name's in lights, stadium heights with Damien Rice" and litrally like, i watched him and was like, i wanna do that one day and wrote millionsy songs, did a million gigs and ended up kind of doing a similar thing but it litrally came from writing a song a day or two songs a day or five songs a day and just getting all these songs out of me doing a million gigs. Sometimes three gigs a day, we did six gigs a day one year at Glastonbury. But, i think, you view it as a dirty tap, when you switch a dirty tap on it's going to flow shit water out for a substantial amout of time and then clean water is going to start flowing and now and then you'll get a bit of shit but as long as it gets out of you, its fine.
So with songs, you are going to write shiy songs at the beggening, you are.
My songs were terrible, my raps were terrible, i listened to it the other day, it was awful. But i got it out of me, and the more and more you write, the more and more you experience, and then you start flowing clean water and songs starts getting better and better and better. When you are on a good streak, you are writing good songs, you will write bad songs too but as long as that song is out of you, you can move on. And its the same with gigs, you will always play bad gigs at the begenning, thats what you need to do, but the more gigs you do the better you'll get but now or then youll have a bad gig but thats alright because as long as you have got it out of you and you have experienced it.
Just saying that the more and more you do, you put in your ten thousand hours, write as much as possible, gig as much as possible."

4) Be a likeable person:

"What i have learnt about music today is that no one has to buy your record anymore, like no one has to. Usually they buy your record if youre a likable person. Adele is incredibly likable, taylor is incredibly likable, bruno mars is incrediblly likable, i like to think that im likable. You have to be likable person. But for people to be likable persons, you are have to get to know them and twitter is very much instant thought, and snap chat is very much instant thought, facebook, instant, intsant, instant. And its all right, your personality coming out through something, and you would find kids instead of being like 'oh well i will illigally download the album beacuse i want to hear it' they would be like, 'oh! I think they are nice person, im going to support that' and then they go and buy the album, and that i think is really important now a days. And I have never been disproven, anyone that comes across as a person with a bad attitude, does not sell that many records.

5) Everything has a silver lining:

"The lesson i have learnt from my break through success is that everything is not what it seems from the good things to the bad things. Everything thing has a kind of silver lining and i thing it helps you to live when you are in this industry to be a little bit concious cuz i came in this industry with very very wide eyes, going like, 'everything is so great, everyone is my friend' but then you kindof realize, the deeper you get into it, you kindof shrink a little bit"

6) Start off as early as possible:

"My dad always said to me like, if you dont need to get a degree to do a job then go out and experience it. Like, if you want to be a doctor, then go get your grades and stuff but if you want to be a musician, your education is going to come from doing shows, writing songs, practicing, meeting people, networking. So start off as early as you can."

7) Learn from others:

"Iv been influenced by many people, iv even watched a coldplay dvd numerous times and taken little tricks of Chris Martin does with the crowd, even if its just like 'Sing this part here!' And one thing i learnt quite early on was that my friend, he went to U2 and they were singing Something and he like payed money to be on front row and he was there. And there about to get to the chorus and the singer goes 'now you sing' like that and my friend goes 'No! no! No! no, you sing. I payed to come and see you!!' so now everytime when i play, i make sure that i do the whole song and then the song along happnes so i make sure people get what they paid for and then like having the crowd sing it back is the most amazing thing in the world and i kindof want to have that for the whole concert but then also you need to give so i give as much as i can then you do the sing along"

8) Commit to One thing:

"Basically i was an actor before i was a musician. But that was my main thing, i loved acting, i was in loads of theatre groups like did that in school all the time, but then i quickly realised like the weird thing is like, i can show you in 30 seconds how talented i am in music but i cant show you in 30 seconds how talented i am in acting and i realised like i cant really have a succesful acting career without having a good part first and i just dont like auditions so for me, the was a point where i auditioned for this ItV show and it was music and acting and said to myself 'this would be fun' and said that 'if i get this, no more music just acting and if i dont, no more acting just music' and i didn't and just did music and it kindof all went well but i always wanted to act, i never wanted to do somethiing for the sake of it."

9) Practice:

"I wanna play you a song, so this is my thing, when people go 'ahhh! ohhh, you're so taleneted!, you're born with natural talent' im like 'ahh umm, nope!'. Have a listen to this. Basically all im saying is that when people say that artists are born with talent, you're not. You have to really learn and really practice. This is me playing guitar and singing. Im gonna put it on the mic like this (Ed Sheeran plays a song from his past that sounded terrible). But you know what? You know what? I did practice, yeah just, i probably needed it.

10) Do something different:

On a question for singing out loud: "Theres like, certain things you can do to make your music video go viral, which is like, quite a difficult thing to do nowadays, you have to do something that makes somone click on the video, watch it, and go ' i wamt to share that with ten people'. I never appear in my music video, i always make like a little cameo if i appear at all. And im, im not very talented at much else other than music. But i wanted to make a music video where i did a ballroom dance. Like you'll say i can dance, but not on tv nor on reality, like i trained on tour 5 hours a day to learn this ballroom dance, shot the music video and wore a suit, like i dont wear a suit either , i was basically doing the opposite of what anyone thought i was as an artist and then seeing it and then everyone was like 'thats weird!' And the they shared kt with lots of other people and it just kindof blew up, but the reason i chose it for that song is that i knew that song was the biggest somg on the album so to do like most standout video for the biggest song, you combine it and it both blows up."

How to win any argument

So you want to be a great debater and win every argument against your friends and family?
So here's the secret. A little know secret told by a wise man. This could win you any argument.
Here it is, its to "Shut up". Now let me ask you a question, what happens when you win an argument? When you defeat your opponent? What happens?
Nothing. You gain nothing, just your egos. You get involved in this loud shouting matches but loud does not mean right. You walk away with nothing except wasted time, energy and an enemy probably but no real tangible gain.
See the truth is, winning means walking away with a new information, a new perspective and maybe even a new friend. So no matter how bad you want to educate somebody on what you know or what you think you know, fight that urge; say what you have to say then close your mouth because that person might have something to teach you if you open to a new perspective; seeing it from their point of view.
So the next time instead of arguing, say "umm, that is intresting, tell me more". Thats how you win.

Get better at anything. Try the "10,000 Hours rule"

How many hours would per day would you recommend to work at a particular skill ? In totaly per week, to become outstanding at something.

Now a while ago in this famous book "outliers" Malcolm Gladwell came up with a 10,000 hours rule. This theory was that if you spent 10,000 hours working on something then you will get to Masterclass level. He gave examples of the beatles who toured Germany in the early 60's and built up their 10,000 hours of practice and Bill Gates who got his first computer as a young teenager and spent over 10,000 hours programmming on it. But do you actually need to spend 10,000 hours to become world class at a particular skill?
So here is my three thoughts on it.

1) YOUR PASSION MATTERS:
You can spend hours and hours and hours and hours working at something and if you're not passionate about it, you're not going to become master class level.
Just think about when you are in school, there are some subjects that you love, and some subjects that you hate and no matter how much time you spent on the subject that hate, your growth would grow so slowly and painfully, but the subject that you love and genuinely intrested in, you would learn so much faster.
And thats the problem with most people today, they are working the jobs that they hate. They graduated with whatever degree entered the workforce and they spent 10, 20, 30, 40 or even 50 years in a company that they hate.
You can spend 10 years in a company and never get that big promotion, never get to be the CEO, or anywhere close to where even though you spent the 10,000 hours plus 20,000 hours and even 30,000 hours, you're never getting to the level you want to be because you're not passionate enough about it. If you are genuinely intrested in the subject you are learning, you are going to pick it up much more quicker than the one you are forced to do something that you hate.

2)NOT ALL HOURS ARE THE SAME:
The fastest way to pick something up and the fastest way to learn a new skill is to model success. Get a coach, get a trainer or get a teacher. You need to get somebody to show you the ropes. The slowest way to figure something out is to try to understand that yourself and make all the mistakes other people have already made. So 10,000 hours trying to struggle to figure it all out for yourself may be equivalent to 500 hours of being taught by a professional and how to do it.
So not all hours are created equal. If you model success and learn from the best, you'll achieve results alot faster than someone who tries to do everything themsef.

3)WHY DO YOU REALLY CARE?
So my third point is that, why do you really care? I ask this because if you're asking how many hours it takes to get really good at something, how many hours you need to dedicate in your week to get good at this particular skill, then it kindof tells you that you're not really that intrested in learning the skill.
If you really want to get better at something, then you should feel like you're getting lost in it. Like you could wake up in the morning and start working on it and then look up and its already six o'clock at night and you're not keeping track of the hours to say " ohh only hundred more hours untill i get really good at this". Its like a man who opened up a business just to make alot of money. You find that they never do. They struggle and struggle and they tell themselves that if i keep this struggle up then eventually ill make my millions of dollars. But they never get there because they never loved it in the first place.
You should want to get better at that skill, it should drive you, it should fuel you and it should make you happy and excited to learn and get better.

So if you have a number in your head like that's your end goal, like when i get to that number of hours then i'll become really good and im going to achieve success, that's the wrong way to look at it. Instead you should find a skill or goal that you really want to get better at, something where you stop tracking the hours, something that you can really have a positive impact on the world with.
And if that's your intention and you work hard at it, you will achieve masterclass level.

The Impact of Gwadar port on China, Pakistan and the world

Gwadar port is a warm-water, deep sea port situated on the Arabian sea at Gwadar in Balochistan province of Pakistan. This port is the major destination in the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

History:
The word Gwadar is actually made of two words, 'Gwat' which means wind, and 'Dar' which means Door, in The Balochi language.
For almost hundred and fifty years Gwadar remained part of Oman. The town of Gwadar was purchased by the Government of Pakistan from the Sultan of Muscat in 1958.
At that time it was a small village of fishery with a population of few thousand people.

View of Gwadar in the 1950s.

Construction:
Gwadar port was developed by the government of Pakistan at a cost of $2.48 million.
Phase 1 of the construction started in 2001 till 2006. Status: completed
Inaugrated by General Pervaiz Mushrraf on 20th march.
Phase 2 started in 2007 and is till going on. US Dollars 932million has been invested. Status: underconstruction.

Operation:
Gwader is owned by the "Government Owned Port Authority" and is operated by state run Chinese firm "China Overseas Port Holding Company (COPHC)".
Earlier it was operated by "Port of Singapore Authority (PSA)" but failed to make it operational.
In september 2011, the wall street journal reported that Gwadar is doing little business as a commercial port, and that Pakistan has asked china to take over the operation. China confirmed that it would be taking control over Gwadar as it had many strategic advantages.
Pakistan on 18th February 2013 was formally awarded a multi billion dollar contract for construction of Gwadar port. Under the contract, the port will remain the property of Pakistan but will be operated by state run Chinese firm.

Strategic Importance:

The Gwader port is important not only for Pakistan, but China, the Central Asian Republics (CARS) and the entire region. The Corridor will help cut the journey time for Freight between Gwadar port, West China and the Central Asian regions by 60 to 70 percent.
China used to take a whole round of thousands of miles in the sea in order to get its oil import ships. Transportation of oil from Persian Gulf to China used to take about 2 to 3 months. Now it will enable China to more safely and reliably import oil.
Just by attracting the oil import, Pakistan will be making atleast $4 to $8 billion dollars in annual revenue and this Chinease petrol import is just one piece of the business.

Gwadar port importance for China:
China has the largest population of around 1.371 billion according to 2015 Census report and to fulfil its energy needs, China imports oil from the middle east. Now for that China has to travel a long distance in order to get those oil.
Gwadar on the other hand is surrounded by countries having two third oil reserves. Gwadar can act as shortest trade route to China.

Importance of CPEC for China:

The Chinese industries are facing trouble competing in the global market due to high transportion cost and delievery time. China is using a longest way due to which gives a competitive edge to competitors example Japan and The United States.
Now this new route from Gwadar Pakistan has solved many problems for China and will save Billions of Dollars and will reduce time. A bonus for both the countries.

Importance for Central Asian Countries:
Land locked countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan since they have no sea-port and Gwadar is shortest way to sea, these countries have shown great intrest in Gwadar port and will use Gwadar port for trade purpose.

Importance for Pakistan:
The Gwadar port is the corridor for billions worth of trade, not only that but it will also place the Pakistan Navy in a very strong position, relationships with neighbouring countries can be improved and trade can be enhanced, Pakistan can improve its foreign exchange reserves and improve the overall economy of the country.

Importance for Balochistan:
Last and most importantly, Balochistan. Due to this project, 200,000 new enterprises and a million jobs for locals will be created, three hundred new factories and with that four hundred jobs will be created.
According to minister Ahsan Iqbal, Balochistan will generate a massive total business revenue of $40 billion plus in the next decade crossing lahore as the second most revenue generating city, according to 'brandsynario.com, Pakistan's Gwadar is "The next Dubai of Pakistan".
Gwadar will not only be a "port gold mine" for Pakistan but also a revolution of real estate world. More than 12 housing schemes worth more than 9.5 billion have started building millions of houses.
Nine skyscrapers, roads highways and Universities are also underconstruction.

How Gwadar Balochistan could look like in 20 years

Things to do in your 20s to become successful

People strive to become succeful and only the most determined ones achieve this goal. The biggest setbacks that people encounter when working towards becoming a millionare is the lack of motivation to improve and polish their skills that would help them achieve this goal.
Here are the seven skills that every person needs to work on to achieve whatever they aim to achieve in life:

1) Communication Skill
Communication is the most important factor to becoming successful. Effective communication is a must-have skill in order to set and get deals and effieciently putting accross your messages.

2) Emotional Intelligence
There is this famous saying by Theodore Roosevelt that, "people don't care about what you know unless they know how much you care". What this means is, is that you must understand and give people what they want. You must develop emotional intelligence in order to get into the minds of people, to make them feel like you completely understand them and that they are not alone.

3) Innovation
Succesful people are always inovative. They think of how we can improve this product. They think outside the box. They have this thing called 'depth of vision'. Where other people see problems, they see it like an oppertunity and possible solutions.

4) Money Management
This is an important one. You wont be able to manage large amount of money if you can't manage small amounts of money. Smart and succeful people have check over their bank account balance at all times and record their expenditures and know its worth.

5) Setting Goals
Let me tell you something. Many people make this mistake. They don't set goals. They just go with the flow. You know what happens to them? Nothing. They have nothing to live for.
Every little goal you set is a stepping stone for achieving something big because as you strive to acieve it, it makes you better. Plus it helps you in accomplishing things faster as it is always in the back of your mind.

6) Understanding the value of team work
Every successful man has a team behind him. They can't do it all alone. The faces you see on t.v, in concerts or anywhere, they have this whole team behind, operating and taking care of the work.
Now you need to learn how to work with the team. There is this popular saying, " Teamwork makes the dream work" and its true. Start working with people, and learn to resolve the problems that occur in them.

7) Leadership:
Every succeful person has this sort of leadership quality. Start working on it. Take charge and start taking responsibilities. People will invest in someone who can do this, so being a leader is a crucial skill in becoming successful.

I wish i was two

I've had problems keeping up with life and sometimes i wish that either there should be more hours in a day or that there should be two me's. Another me, completely identical, sharing the same thought.
That would be so cool. I would no longer require being in need of a company of a friend when feeling lonely. He would be the best advisor, a best friend, and would always have my back.
There are down sides to it, like i probably have to share my room, we might start fighting over something and end up hating each other, an increase of burden on my mum. You know what? Im just trying to brainstorm the negatives for having an another me. But from what i think, there are more plus sides than there are down. I would have another person to play video games with, have a discussion with, two people solve maths better than one. God! Life would get so much better. Might also fill up for me in college or we could even go together. Weird but cool. It would be like a personal assistant of some sort and would stop me from making weird decisions. Also help me in building my career, or we could even start a band. Theres just so many things, can't even imagine, but i just wish. I dont know, but i really wish.
Ill be waiting for my twin, hoping it pops out from the sky, lands infront of me and go like, "hey, Aatif! im Aatif 2.0" and "let the game begin".

Culture, is it really important?

Culture plays an important role in a person's life. If a person forgets his culture, he'll then forget his history and where he came from. So till here, you can say that yes, culture should not be forgotten.
Now i have done a substantial amount of research over the importance of culture. Even listened to radio shows promoting culture and telling how modernization is the reason people are forgetting their cultures. But they failed to give a reason why they are promoting culture? Why is it important to stick with your culture? The reason that they gave when the interviewer asked, why are you guys promoting culture? They said, "we are promoting culture because it is really important" and " we should never forget our culture" and also "if we forget our culture, then God knows whats gonna happen" etc.
What am i missing here? What disaster do you speak of?
Culture in my country is used as a way getting votes, winning elections and using the sentiments of people to create disputes, hatered and division among the people by the politicians and the ruleing class.
I see the United States of America and what i see is they are not totally and completely indulged in there culture. They are mainly proud of calling themselves Americans. That is why in the 2008 elections, The United States saw its first black president. They chose him through merit. If they were to follow their core cultures, Barack Obama would have been stereotyped and been called a (whatever a black person was called in the 80's), and thus not win the elections.
People of the united states are far much ahead of the world because they are focused on education and welfare of their citizens.
While In Pakistan, what I see is that the same game is being played by the ruling elites. Provokingthe sentiments of the people and using it against themselves. Dividing each other to whose superior to whome etc.
Being too much indulged in culture comes in the way of education. Women especially in many cultures are not allowed to get higher eductation and also leads to early marriages, and these are just a few of many problems that comes with it. Then there is men being superior to women according to cultures and so that gives them an open hand of abusing women and more.

I will conclude the topic by just saying that cultural diversity is beautiful, no doubt. Each person brings a  different flavor in a society, but do not get so much involved in it that it would be a reason of our set back. While other nations prosper, we stick with our old rules and norms that would not get us anywhere.

The best wwe game on Xbox360 and PS3 till date 2017

So i was playing wwe 2k16 but was harshly disappointed. They have completely ruined the game to be honest. The only mode you have is the Austin show case in which, yep theres only Austin. Only Austin. Other tha  that, no career mode, the graphics were terrible, monstrous amounts of glitches and to top it all off, that terrible repeated commentary that plays in a loop and does not even follow the moves i perform. The Universe mode gets boring from time to time because of the same story pattern. The whole game is a mess and now they have decided to launch WWE2k17. I didn't bother buying that because now, they have even stripped the showcase from it leaving with just single/double player mode and the wwe universe mode.

However there is still a bright side to this. I just came across WWE 2k14 and my God, It is by far the best wrestling game i have ever played. Its made purely for the last generation consoles and starting from the gameplay to graphics. Its brilliant.
You got thirty years of wrestlemania mode in which you play every main events from wrestlemania one to Wrestlemania 29, where John Cena took on The Rock for the WWE championship. Then you have the Undertaker's "Beat the streak" mode in which you either try to break or defend the streak. The graphics are phenomenal and the game play is way too smooth. The rosters hasn't changed much from the current. You still have Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Gold Berg, Brock Lesnar, The Rock and the best in the world CM Punk. There are many and way too many outfits to choose from.

So having played both WWE 2k15 and WWE 2k16, i can say that the game has gone downhill after the making of WWE2k14.
If ever you feel like buying a wrestling game. I would definitely suggest going for WWE 2k14.

Big Sean's and Eminem's "No Favor", Have a listen to this.

After all the hype, Big Sean has finally released the long awaited track, "No Favors", which, i dont know about you, but was a total let down for us.
Off beat track once again by Eminem and same old rhyming scheme.
Big Sean was comparitively better to be honest. Eminem also seemed to take a political jab at Trump, but i doubt that's gonna save the track. No Favors.
Improve your rhyme Slim. Its like you're not even trying anymore. No favors
